We are recognized for our pioneering work and prominent role in Brazilian transactions. Among many successful transactions, we were the law firm responsible for obtaining Brazil’s first exemption from registration of a public offering of condo-hotel investments, granted by the CVM’s Board of Commissioners in 2014.

Our partners also have experience in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public offerings of securities, restricted-efforts offerings, the formation of investment funds, formal inquiries to the CVM, and the defense of administrative proceedings before the CVM, among other matters relevant to publicly held companies and companies that participate in, or seek access to, the financial and capital markets.
